Planet Saturday, LLC is an art and animation studio which provides creative services to the entertainment industry.

As the principal animators of Mattel's Pixel Chix toy line, we contributed animation and art direction to ten toys in all.

Our digital illustrations and photo manipulations can be seen in seven of Scholastic's award-winning I Spy PC games.

During his time at Namco, co-founder Monty S. Kane served as the Lead Environment Artist on the million-unit-selling Playstation title Pac-Man World, conceiving, modeling, and texturing low-polygon environments and characters.

Monty's traditionally-painted fantasy illustrations are featured in Spectrum: The Best In Contemporary Fantastic Art, volumes 11, 12, and 13.

Monty is also a children's illustrator, Flash animator, and comics creator.

Co-founder, President and Business Director Kelli Stevens Kane is the source of our company vision and direction. She handles day-to-day administrative tasks including billing, contracts, intellectual property management, and trademark and copyright issues. She's a writer, creative collaborator, and editor of Planet Saturday Comics. Kelli is also a founding board member of The ToonSeum, Pittsburgh's museum of cartoon art, housed in the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh.
